I called about a kitchen outlet that wouldn’t turn on after it had tripped the circuit breaker. Omar helped me troubleshoot over the phone (had to reset the GFCI on another outlet), and problem was resolved in minutes. Was upfront and honest, and cost me $0. Another place I called had a $190 fee just to get a quote.
