About this business
We, Kara Johnson, Diane Kenney and Crystal Merrow, are highly trained and committed fitness instructors who worked closely together throughout the pandemic. We stayed loyal to Excell Fitness (a long-time workplace for us) during the first shutdown, teaching free Facebook live classes for months. We visited Level Up when we were traveling to Newberg and had such a fun experience. Kara was so helpful getting our large group booked and Crystal, who led our class, was great. So glad we found you and, if we are ever in the area again, we'll be back!

LevelUp is amazing. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, the classes are great, and the atmosphere is perfect. I'm thankful for the 'fitness family' that has adopted me.
There is such a positive, motivating, inspiring, welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere at Level Up. I always leave feeling better physically, mentally and emotionally than I did when I walked in the door. The kids room is a life saver for parents needing childcare during workouts and the playroom is a fun place my kiddo looks forward to.
