Level Up Carpet Cleaning and Miguel were a 10+ in my book. They responded fast to an emergency water extraction and took excellent care of our rugs, carpet, and other soft goods. The pickup, cleaning, and return were handled perfectly, and the team was kind, professional, and very careful with everything. After we moved into the house, we had been told there were no cats and that the carpet had already been cleaned. Since I have cat allergies, I started wheezing, coughing, and sneezing the first night, so we knew the carpets needed a deep carpet cleaning.
