good news, everyone! great customer service still exists. i had a pet accident at home, and my old dog had a rough day, leaving a big mess all over the carpet. after searching online, i found level up carpet cleaning and gave them a call. miguel was very friendly, professional, and helpful right from the start. he came out sooner than i expected and did an amazing job getting my carpet spotless and smelling fresh. now my carpet looks and feels wonderful, just hours after the mess. it was definitely money well spent.
