Wow, I am truly impressed! I called to book an appointment and Johnathan was able to fit me in quickly. I’ve had my carpets cleaned before by other companies, but this was the best cleaning I’ve ever experienced. Johnathan was very professional, wearing booties and taking care while working in my home. My carpets look almost brand new—I was even thinking about replacing them, but now they look refreshed and clean. The prices were fair, and communication was excellent. I definitely recommend Level Up Carpet Cleaning!

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service ever! I've relied on Level Up Carpet Cleaning for years and they always do an amazing job. Today, my puppy escaped and had an accident, which got spread around by the robot vacuum. I was getting a house ready to sell and just before it went on the market, I found out the carpets in three rooms needed to be stretched and cleaned. this is the carpet cleaning company you want to work with! we've been using their services for years, and eric always stays until the carpets look perfect. he really knows about deep cleaning and is friendly and fast. we were amazed that two floors of carpet looked fresh and bright again, just like new. a few days after the cleaning, we noticed a small patch had a funny color. we called them, and they showed up the same day, fixed it with a smile, and didn't charge us anything extra. we will definitely use them again!
