Level Up Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. Eric took time to walk through my home with me so I could point out the carpet areas and upholstery spots that needed extra attention. He clearly explained the carpet cleaning services, steam cleaning process, and pricing before starting, so everything was upfront with no surprises. I was really impressed when Eric showed me the scrubber he uses to lift matted carpet fibers and loosen deep dirt from the carpet pile. We have been using company: Level Up Carpet Cleaning for quite a while, and they are some of the nicest people to work with. they have always done amazing work on my carpets, and the results are consistently fresh, clean, and well cared for. i recently had the tile and grout cleaned too, and i honestly thought those floors would never look close to new again after so much built-up dirt from daily use. i had tried other professional cleaning services before, but the difference was minimal. Level Up Carpet Cleaning shampooed my grandma’s carpets and did an amazing job. Eric went above and beyond by cleaning under the china cabinet, removing cobwebs, and making multiple passes wherever she requested to make sure the carpet looked its best. We really appreciated the kindness and patience shown to her during the whole carpet cleaning visit. The results were easy to see right away, especially in the room and hallway where the carpet looked much fresher, cleaner, and brighter. They paid close attention to detail, wo... read more

We purchased a beautiful handmade wool Persian rug and had a great experience with the rug cleaning and restoration service. Eric was honest, clear, and very helpful without ever being pushy. He helped us compare how different rugs would look in our home and gave useful advice on color, size, weave, and overall fit for the space. The team also cleaned, repaired, and restored a smaller older wool rug that had been torn and heavily soiled, and it now looks like new. The carpet cleaning work was thorough, careful, and professio... read more

My carpet cleaning service with Level Up Carpet Cleaning was amazing from the first phone call to the final results. Eric answered all of my questions with patience and made the whole process easy to understand. He even handled the carpet cleaning himself to make sure everything was done right and that I was fully satisfied. He arrived early, and even though I was about 15 minutes late, he still waited and stayed professional the entire time. He was honest about what to expect from the cleaning and explained the condition of... read more
