These people are rude; I called because I had a simple question and some lady just hung up the phone. They also never answer the phone. Stay away from these ghetto acting people. Do your self a favor and go to Huntsville or Conroe.
I bought my car 2 year ago, and til this day, I have yet to receive my title. Every time I call, Ms. Kiera almost never picks up. She almost came up with excuses for why my plate and title are yet to be done. she gave the total of 8 paper plates for the past 2 years. Today, 6/1/2020, i tried to contact, but what i got from Kiera was "Im handling 20 bound title, and if you want to get a bounded title on your own, you can".
