This is the real deal. Great studio. Anything you need and the vibe feels like Mohammed Ali trained here. Coach Johnny is a great coach. “Work it. Work it. Work it.” He makes you dig deep. Hence the sign in the bathroom, “But did you die?” If you want it get in shape, improve your technique, this is your new boxing club. Hit it.
I really liked the gym. I went alone for the first time, but why didn't anyone want to help me when I arrived? I was outside for 30 minutes and no one said anything to me? Or just tell me and I won't go anymore?
I haven’t boxed in 3 years and after driving past this place on Broward Boulevard, I decided to go in one day after work. Not only were the coaches extremely welcoming and friendly, but I stayed for the entire hour to watched how they taught and instructed everyone, not just the pros. Very impressed and it was cool to see them pour into everyone that was attending the class. I was sold that first hour and signed up and have been attending for a week now.
