I visited this barbershop for the first time after finding it on Google Maps. First issue: it was hard to locate due to the small signage. When I walked in, I asked if they accepted walk-ins. One barber up front asked around, and the last guy at the end said he could take me. I walked over, and he told me he was free at 5:30 PM. I got there at 4:58 PM and said I’d wait. Level Up Barbershop earned a new customer today! I went to get a haircut at a reputable chain barbershop, and it turned out horrible. Bald Mid fade that went too high, visible line in the fade, beard wasn’t faded in. Homer (owner) went above and beyond. I walked in without an appointment, and he got one look at me and said sit down! His expertise took someone else’s horrible haircut and turned it into one of the best. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
When you book appointments you would think they will be getting their last client almost out the chair about when you arrive, they double book at times and most times you have another person waiting before you to get cut even tho you are on time for your appointment. And I typically have 2 appt back to back so I don't recommend. What's the point of making appt if you still have to wait 45mins?
