Level Up Barbershop earned a new customer today! I went to get a haircut at a reputable chain barbershop, and it turned out horrible. Bald Mid fade that went too high, visible line in the fade, beard wasn’t faded in. Homer (owner) went above and beyond. I walked in without an appointment, and he got one look at me and said sit down! His expertise took someone else’s horrible haircut and turned it into one of the best. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

When you book appointments you would think they will be getting their last client almost out the chair about when you arrive, they double book at times and most times you have another person waiting before you to get cut even tho you are on time for your appointment. And I typically have 2 appt back to back so I don't recommend. What's the point of making appt if you still have to wait 45mins?

Booked an appointment online through their website and they declined the appointment and gave no alternative appointments. I tried calling, they didn't answer during business hours. I don't recommend this place. I was able to make an appointment easily with Fade Barber Shop in Alvin.
