I genuninely wanted to like Malcolm and his shop given his stellar reviews across the internet. However, Malcolm was hands-down one of the rudest and most disrespectful people I've ever dealt with in customer service, let alone among barbers. Not sure where we butted heads given I know he has great reviews, but I gave him two chances and was given the same attitude during my second visit. Two stars as he's a decent barber, but otherwise will never be going back.
Malcolm was accommodating, it was a good cut, he's very thorough
