We have made a few purchases at Level Up. We have been very pleased with the products and thought that the prices for the purchases we made were fair. The owner and people working at Level Up are great! They answer any questions, offer suggestions if asked and definitely go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! Levelup did a great job setting up eero extenders and Ring Security cameras. They are very prompt and got the job done on time. I highly recommend them.
Rob completed some work for me and mentioned that an Ethernet run was ruptured but everything was working. After a month or so the wire failed (as confirmed by another company), Rob said he would come fix it but has been non responsive for three weeks, in which I have been contacting him daily. This company is not professional at all.
Jen, Jack and Adam were AMAZING! I’m so happy I found this company. 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY recommend. I’m looking forward to the next room we get to have them work on.
