This business is an absolute joke when it comes to honoring its posted hours. If you advertise that you’re open until a certain time, then stay open until that time. It’s not complicated. Unfortunately my first experience with Level Up hasn't been a good one. I set up a consultation with them today for noon and they "no showed". I called the 800 number and they took a message but almost two hours later I haven't heard back. Disappointing!!
We have made a few purchases at Level Up. We have been very pleased with the products and thought that the prices for the purchases we made were fair. The owner and people working at Level Up are great! They answer any questions, offer suggestions if asked and definitely go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! I would not hesitate to recommend Level Up for small and large purchases. SP
