This was our second time using this air duct cleaning company. We first called them after dealing with some water damage, and we were very happy with how thorough they were. Recently, we had some mold issues in our basement, so we wanted to make sure there weren't any mold spores in our air ducts. Both times, the team did a great job and we were really satisfied with the results.
The team came to clean my air ducts, just like they explained in their video, and set up all the equipment as promised. They started by blowing out all the supply lines upstairs, making sure to get into each one with powerful air tools. Booking an appointment was really simple with their texting service. Bernard and Collin were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They even took care of cleaning out a dryer vent on a tricky, steep roof, which I didn’t think would be possible, especially with the wind that day.
