I've gone to Boris at Level Two for my past five haircuts. Not only does he give the best cuts with attention to details, but he is always punctual and friendly.
I have lived in the Upper East Side for almost 4 years and this has been my go to barber shop since living here. Very great location on second Avenue and all the employees do a great job cutting hair! The past few times I have had the pleasure of getting my haircut from and speaking to Boris. He is very kind and always does a great job. Thank you, Level Two!
