Absolutely outstanding, wish I could give them a higher rating they deserve it. Big job running sewer and water 105 feet to house and removing septic tank. Start to finish 4 days flat. We had no inconveniences, they were super attentive to any concerns or request. Had a tench 10 ft deep they filled and landscaped to my satisfaction. Job came in exactly as bid. Friendly hardworking professionals, you can’t go wrong.
Definitely would recommend this company. Josh & Levi put in long hours on a job that ended up being more complicated than expected. They kept us informed and explained it in terms we understood. Their clean up was exceptional.
5 stars across the board, Level is fantastic! We had a very plugged up kitchen drain that needed snaking all the way down to the main line. Help came within 24 hours of the phone call and had us back to normal very quickly! Working with Levi has been very pleasant, and the communication + service provided was exceptional. Definitely calling them again for any future plumbing needs
Absolutely the team you want on major sewer line issues. A rental of mine had a collapsed pipe and they helped get the rental up and running again. These aren’t small or inexpensive repairs so you want this done right with an experienced team! Josh was great with communication to me and my rental manager throughout. I already had them proactively scope another rental to get ahead of any issues! You should too!
Josh was able to come and check out our sewer line the day after I called. Not only were both guys extremely helpful, but they walked me through the whole process. Their equipment for recording drains adds a level of confidence that they truly know what's going on without any guess-work. I felt heard and never pressured into any decisions. This company is definitely on your side when you need them. I highly recommend giving them a call for your sewer & drain needs!
