This was by far the worst job experience I’ve ever had. Communication is non-existent—no one ever answers the phone, returns voicemails, or responds to emails or texts. A woman named Betsy, who I believe is the receptionist or hiring associate, was especially unprofessional. She repeatedly ignored my calls and messages, which made the hiring and onboarding process frustrating and confusing. The management is just as bad.
