Dr Alan has helped me a lot through my journey wearing Invisalign. From the first time I put them on, he has helped my smile become a lot more appealing. It has been overall a very great experience that I have done since day 1 and still continue to do. Overall the main goal was to keep my teeth in place and help my smile stay in great shape which has been done thanks to Dr. Alan.
My son Matthew had a braces emergency on a Sunday and we were lucky to find Dr. Alan Zhou. Matthew is not even a patient of Dr. Zhou, but when I called the office to explain that he was leaving the next morning for an overnight school trip and needed his braces repaired before he left, Dr. Zhou did not hesitate to help. I went to Level after spending 2 years in Invisalign with one of the big chain orthodontic practices in Brooklyn. I still had issues with my bite and also slanting lower teeth. It would have taken another 2 years with Invisalign so I went with regular braces for faster results. I’m so happy with it and wish I’d entirely skipped the treatment with the former practice.
