We had an appointment which was booked two months in advance for my daughter's oral check-up on her braces ($$$$) only to be cancelled by them via voicemail on the SAME DAY but if you missed your appointment, you'll be automatically charged for $25 on your pre-authorized card or if you're late for 10 minutes, you'll be subject for rebooking. Then gave us another booking one month later. Just ridiculous!
I've been coming here for braces and Dr Jay and the dental assistants are amazing. All super kind and knowledgeable. They have a good selection for different braces colours as well, recommend!
