Horrible management company. Completely ignores any issues in the building - will not reply to maintenance requests, phone calls, or emails. We regularly have packages stolen because they refuse to secure the building entrance. They poorly installed our dryer, leading to a gas leak in the apartment, and then also poorly installed our oven...leading to a second gas leak in the apartment. Level One was the management company for the apartment I lived in for 6 years at The DeKalb. During that time, I always received prompt attention to my requests for repairs and the building was always well maintained. It has great amenities such as a rooftop, a gym and a laundry-room. The community is also amazing and my neighbors have become my friends. When I bought my apartment, Level One was understanding and offered me some flexibility with regards to my lease renewal. Great experience with Level One! Everyone was always accommodating, and the maintenance team was really responsive
We rented from Level One for 2 years and had a great experience. The appliances were all in good shape and all our maintenance requests were addressed quickly. We would have stayed for longer if we could.
Rented an apartment from Level One for over 5 years. They were always super quick to respond if we had any issues. If anything needed repair, they had someone there to fix it the next day. Great experience overall.
