We bought a brand new apartment that was developed by Level One Holdings. It was marketed as a luxurious building. After moving in, we found out that a lot of works were very low qualities. Things started to fall apart and broken. A lot of fixtures, wooden floors, appliances and even HVAC units were needed a lot of repairs. I am talking about a brand new apartment! Trying to contact the developer, but they never get back to us. DO NOT BUY FROM LEVEL ONE HOLDINGS!!!!
My wife and I lived in one of their properties in Crown Heights for 5 years. Level One was very responsive to all of our requests and the maintenance team they provided was the best team we've ever had. If we could take our Super with us we would've! NYC apartments are obviously older, and it was great to see how they proactively addressed our needs and worked with us on the timing of our move. Great job team - happy to leave this review and Juan deserves a raise!
Horrible management company. Completely ignores any issues in the building - will not reply to maintenance requests, phone calls, or emails. We regularly have packages stolen because they refuse to secure the building entrance. They poorly installed our dryer, leading to a gas leak in the apartment, and then also poorly installed our oven...leading to a second gas leak in the apartment. Level One was the management company for the apartment I lived in for 6 years at The DeKalb. During that time, I always received prompt attention to my requests for repairs and the building was always well maintained. It has great amenities such as a rooftop, a gym and a laundry-room. The community is also amazing and my neighbors have become my friends. When I bought my apartment, Level One was understanding and offered me some flexibility with regards to my lease renewal.
