The Saturday boot camp is challenging and it’s a great workout! It was my first time so I was a little lost, overstimulated and having fun all at the same time but the coaches and staff were kind, patient and encouraging. They pushed the class to our limit and checked in on us to make sure that we were okay. I recommend this gym/bootcamp to single ladies. And I plan to return! Thanks y’all for a good experience! -Rosalyn aka girl with the sunglasses on

They need more fans because I felt like I was about to pass out even after drinking a gallon of water the day before. The instructor is kind of bland and doesn’t really talk to you other than announce the work out on the microphone. I won’t recom... read more

I’ve attended a few 10 AM Monday Boot Camp classes and while the workouts are good, I can say that the environment can be better. They need more fans because I felt like I was about to pass out even after drinking a gallon of water the day before. The instructor is kind of bland and doesn’t really talk to you other than announce the work out on the microphone. I won’t recommend this For beginners at all because I was lost a lot. The vibes is what bothered me the most. There was a woman there talking badly about another woman... read more
