Perfect spot for one person buisness - able to stop in and get all my work completed, easy commute, nice staff, and easy to navigate. No issues connecting to wifi either - which can be problematic at coffee shops.
Unbeatable location! Staff is friendly and accessible and very responsive!

Update 4/4/22: My signed lease agreement states there is no fee for paying by either check or ACH. At the time I signed a lease for a larger personal office, payments were made through Click Pay portal. In December, Expansive made the decision to change the payment portal to YardiKube. At no time in either the announcement of the change did Expansive disclose a change in the ACH fee, nor was there an addendum issued to my contract. We continued to pay via ACH.
