Horrible business practices in their parking lot! Scam!
Recommendedits the best place for work space
The Orlando location is loud and doesn't have any parking. There is no free parking within half a mile of the office. I canceled my membership, but I'm going to end up paying for two whole months that I can't use. I would love a refund.
RecommendedBeen with Novel Huron (Chicago) since they opened (2+ years) and it's been great. Awesome staff, wonderful neighbors who genuinely try to help you build your business. Highly recommended if you're thinking of the next place!
By fixing their elevators because they have now been down for over 3 months. Totally unacceptable.

The bottom line is this you rent office space from novel. If your guest that use your services visit you pay for parking and the time runs out or they did not pay just to even run a delivery in. The kid that works the front desk does not provide security or safe entry to the renters. His job is placing a boots on your clients vehicle then charge them 150 to take it off.
