Initially I had filed a complaint because they were not getting back to me for a job they did last season. They finally did call and said there was a problem with the phone messages. Either way, they were very kind and were willing to come and address the issues in our basement. I wanted to make sure that this review reflected the attentiveness of the business and that we will be working with them in the future. Thank you Level It for being professional and trustworthy.
I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks now and they still haven't returned my phone calls. They did a leveling job for us last year and we needed something fixed due to their negligence. They have successfully avoided all contact. I guess if you don't respond you can feign ignorance. Don't use them.
