Level Builds did a great job renovating our basement into a convenient livable space. Prices and payment schedule were very competitive. Morad, our project manager, was the best! Patient and always focused on our goals. Definitely a smart hire for renovations - highly recommended.

We contracted their services to build out our basement and they did an outstanding job which included building out our full kitchen, including electrical and plumbing to assembly and the final finishing touches. They also finished the other areas really well like the bedrooms whereby they did flooring light fixtures, dry walling and all the extras that we wanted done. We are very satisfied with the final outcome of our Kitchen project, which looks great now. Mo has finished the project on the budget , however, with some delays . The workmanship was great. Mo works with very professional contractors ( counter and cabinets), who pay a lot of attention to details. The only reason why we are not giving Level Builds 5 stars, is because of occasional lack of tidiness. Our kitchen looks great now and we are getting a lot of compliments from our friends.
