Installed aprilaire incorrectly---on an angle rather than 90 degree vertical panel----of course it has never worked properly in 20 years!! Refused to re-do an incorrectly installed drain pipe!! Three call backs on a replacement thermostat!! Avoid this company---they are real greenhorns!!
helped us out of an airconditioner emergency Last year, our air conditioner broke right in the middle of a heat wave. These guys came on an emergency call. They had to order a special part, but we had it within a couple days and were good to go.
