Absolutely amazing service, super helpful, caring, & knowledgeable staff and so accommodating of all needs. Just a wonderful team! I could not more highly recommend!! I would rate 10 stars if I could! 😀

Quoted around $700 on site, then invoiced $966.64 without approval. Emailed to dispute the charge — no response. Instead, they send payment reminders and threaten late fees. Poor communication, no transparency, and very unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend.

Very happy with the promptness and professionalism of the team. We have an older home in East and we were impressed how they adapted the original plan in consultation with us to find what is ultimately a better option to mount the external condensers. The whole experience from quoting to delivery to after sales warranty service has been top notch.

Above and beyond with their service and delivery. Extremely helpful and efficient. We had an old home in East refitted with reverse cycle. Well priced (not the cheapest but don't expect that) They give quality, care and follow-up. Keep you well informed and always have a plan. You can't ask for more with them, really impressed.
