Just wanted to praise Katrina who welcomed us when we arrived for our stay. She was so kind and helpful - what an outstanding member of staff - nothing was too much trouble for her - lovely lady and fantastic employee.
Parker, front desk staff, was so helpful over the phone with a booking problem, and she was lovely in person, too. The accommodations were great for my three night stay.
Checked in and there is a blood stain or something on my sheets as well as hair that is 1000% not mine on the sheets. Called and told receptionist they didn’t care whatsoever , gave me some other sheets but showed no real customer service or apology or anything to make it right
Great spot in the heart of Chicago. Great views and tons of amenities.
