Great location and super friendly service. I didn't get to check out the common areas but heard great things. Suite was beautifully designed and had everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Shower was spacious and had great smelling soaps, but it was warm at best. I prefer a seriously hot shower and this did not check the box at the end of a long travel day. Both rooms had king beds, but they were quite firm. I had a great experience staying at Level Fulton Market, the room layouts are super nice and the amenities are some of the best in Chicago. I especially wanted to highlight Ken from the concierge team. He truly makes the building feel welcoming and well run. I actually knew Ken from his time at The Hudson, so it was a really nice surprise to see him again here. A great place to stay. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities. Also, had access to the top floor of the building for some spectacular views of the city. The location was centrally located for most everything. The hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Parker, Kevin, Ken and Ed. Level may want to consider a rewards type program offering benefits for future stays.
Rooms, service, and location are great! Ken at the front desk has provided exceptional service for each of my stays. Highly recommend!
If I could live here permanently I would! The amenities are amazing, location perfect, and the people who work here are the best part of being here. Ken, Baraka, Parker, and everyone else - you bring light and joy to everyone here. Thank you!
