The experience that I have in here at this apartment complex is that they don't clean up they don't fix things right have problems or several months still haven't resolved but they go up on your rent swimming pool have not been open since I've been here 5 years not open
Apartment wasn’t finished as a matter of fact the day I signed the lease they was still painting and trying to get it together. They pulled the paper off the kitchen wall and it was still wet and pulled paint off the wall. Torn placed on the living room floor, my porch light doesn’t work, no bulb in the closet in the front and the door knob to the front door needs to be changed. It took me 20 minutes to get in yesterday and yes I called the emergency number with no response. Just got mailbox keys yesterday too. Just not a go... read more
Andre is the best. For the price I love the neighborhood. It is quiet and I have no complaints. One thing is that maybe the maintenance team can be a little better but other than that I have no major issues with my apartment
