They need to fire the office lady!!!! They need to hire a professional in the facility she has a big bad attitude and I thought she hated me but I’ve talked to neighbors and they tell me she’s the same with them. I have questions and she doesn’t have answers. We have mice and she said she can’t do nothing about it!
Maintenance Never Show Up
I want to warn anyone considering this property or any other community managed by this company. My experience with their management and their attorney was extremely unprofessional and, in my view, discriminatory. Throughout my application process, I was repeatedly ignored, given incorrect information, and denied basic answers that every normal applicant should receive. This place seems like a good new start and Chaun was the one that I talked to and she was very respectful and polite I highly recommend
Has not shown up yet, this is the second request for treatment and the results were not unsatisfactory.
