I was denied in March. Still never recieved a refund. I call just about every day only to get no answer. I’ve been told it’s been mailed out months ago still nothing. I’ve found corporate so I guess that’s the route they prefer to take. It’s crazy how it easy it was to get the money here we are 3 months later and I still don’t have money back.
False Advertisement! Website stated property had availability I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was told there was No vacancy not even a Model apartment to view! Prices also didn’t match what was advertised online!
Today was my first time meeting Andre the leasing agent . I was a very impressed with apartment here at Pantera Creek. The first impression was every thing for me. Andre has been very professional and welcoming. Great smile by the way and has walk me through all the steps on application to become a resident in this family oriented community Panther Creek.
