I have been a resident here for several years, and the conditions over the past year have become unacceptable. It is nearly impossible to reach staff by phone or in person during business hours, which reflects a serious lack of management and accountability. I’ve been here for some years. Always paid my rent on the 5th.They changed owners and changed due date for the rent to the 4th. No thirty day notice. No notice to make sure you were informed of the change. Went to pay the rent on the 5th and it’s 100 dollars more, because my rent is late on the 5th, now. The grounds stay nasty, trash be everywhere.. The living condition around here sucks…The dam water is off. No notice for the inconvenience. Move in at your own risk.
Put in an application and haven't heard anything back. No one picks up the phone.
