My family member picked this apartment complex their move in date was set for January 9. got approved and everything . it’s been 2 weeks and we haven’t received a welcome letter , they never answer the phone . we have been up there 3 times this week , the office hours say they are open but no one is there . we haven’t received the fee breakdown nothing . they ate ghost and we haven’t aid not been able to get in contact with them . this company is bs. we have been very patient because of the system being down but just. excuse... read more
