If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it I’ve been attending L9 since the end of last year. It was my safe haven to come to and build strength whilst being surrounded by lovely people… until recently. The owner of the business decided to make unnecessary changes to the business which included pushing out two wonderful, incredibly skilled and experienced teachers and filling those gaps with his own son. L9 has been my home away from home for the last 18 (12 active) months. Since my injury, which drew me away from F45 and in to the amazing “arms” of L9 Nunawading. I met some great people and made some lifelong friends. Ronaldo, Scarlett (no longer a coach), Hannah and Simmy (no longer a coach), Je-An and so many others will be dearly missed.
