We can't recommend Dereck and Level 8 enough! We unexpectedly had water in our basement and our floors were completely soaked. From the very first call, Dereck was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly couldn't have asked for better service. If you need water damage restoration or carpet cleaning, Level 8 is the company to call!

When we had water damage in our home, these folks were EXACTLY what we needed. Because they were quick, they were able to minimize the damage to our home - a feat we thought was impossible. They were VERY PROFESSIONAL - very courteous, treated myself and my wife the same, and were very respectful of our home. I hope we never need them again :) but if we do, I would never consider hiring anyone else!
