Just called their practice to book an appt for family member. Secretary gave me a long lecture about shortages on Psychiatrists in Sydney and that the GP shouldn’t have referred us as they are CLOSED to all new patients. Basically the secretary gave me the job of letting the GP know they are closed and now we have to run around and find a new psychiatrist. 700+ bucks for ONE appointment with a psychiatrist and on top of that they are rude as hell over the phone. I wonder how they make any money!
Dr Fukui, has been amazing and helped me. I couldn’t be more appreciative of her service.
Dr Kasinathan is great but one star for the service of the front desk folks. Absolutely the worst
As a Clinical Psyhologist I am always looking for great psychiatrists to refer clients to. I am so pleased to have found Dr DiMarco. She is lovely to deal with and even my clients who had previously had bad experiences with psychiatrists rave about her.
