Terrible experience. I went in for a simple shape-up and ended up being charged $60. I never asked for any extra services, but they started doing hot towel treatments and a massage without explaining that they were additional services or asking if I wanted them. The appointment also took about 45 minutes, which is far longer than a basic shape-up should take. I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough! Finding a barber who is actually skilled with scissors rather than just buzzing the sides with clippers is so rare these days. Jenny is a master of her craft. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and sculpted my hair with incredible precision. The end result was a clean, tailored, and natural-looking cut that grew out perfectly. If you want a top-tier scissor cut from someone who genuinely cares about the details, Jenny is the absolute best.
