A company should not be judged by whether they make a mistake or not but by how they handle the mistake. I recently placed an order and it showed up with the a couple small parts that were wrong. I emailed Jesse and he apologized for the mistake and assured me that this is not something that happens often and he would get the correct parts shipped to me with a return lable for the incorrect parts.
