Rhonda is the best. I have curly hair and she is a master in cutting my hair to bring out the curls. She is attentive to your needs and did a very good job with highlights too. Tori
Rhonda gave me a refund after I had to go somewhere to have them correct her hair cut. Very disappointed and she tried telling me about charging me for an extra conditioner which she never mentioned it being an extra before putting it in. Not cool.
I have been going to Level 35 for over 10 years. Rhonda is a master stylist and I can always count on getting a fantastic cut and color, which if needed, will last me for months. She is a master of hair coloring. This is not only my opinion, but that of the judges whom have awarded her prizes above thousands of fellow contestants.
