Okay. I've been to this salon before and had a great time with hair cuts and massages. I went there to get everything done with the bridal package. Everything was amazing until I got to the nails. A girl named Tammy was doing my nails. She had already done one bridesmaid and messed her nail up by putting it on crooked. I thought it might have been an accident and was okay with her doing mine. Can't believe I found a stylist I love in Albany on my first try! Ally did an amazing job and I felt totally comfortable with her.
The customer service rocks here! I came for a facial and pedicure on July 5th, 2016 that my husband booked for me as a surprise. Well as great as technology is, when I showed up for my appointment; my appointment was no where in the books! Megan at the front desk worked tirelessly to not only get me a facial but she also got me others survices and lunch to make up for the mistake. Wonderful experience overall and amazing customer service that is hard to find!

I had a wonderful spa day. I got a prenatal message done by meribeth. Very gentle hands. Very lovely girl. And I got a spa manicure and pedicure done by amy. This woman is amazing. She made me feel right at home. She's very polite and knows what she's doing
