Worthless. They literally turned off my internet without any notification and forced upgrade on me when called for support. Too many other options out there to deal with that garbage. Stay away, they won’t last anyhow. Sent me to an 800 number that is not connected?? Worthless
Worst worst company to deal with. Shittiest Customer Service EVER! Takes 2 hours, lots of cussing and threatening to get a real person and a tech. Then they tell you a tech is on the way and an hour later, no one has shown up. Absolutely anyone that works there should be completely embarrassed to run a company with an average 1 star review on Google AND Yelp.
Once I was able to talk to a real person, everything went smoothly
Internet went out. CenturyLink scheduled someone to come out. The tech said it was a pole problem. That was a couple weeks ago. They keep sending text messages saying they are coming out but the day passes and I get another message saying they will be out the next day. I finally chatted with someone who is sending a tech out. lol. I feel like I’m in a toxic relationship with CenturyLink. I went to cancel and it says I will be charged 200.00.
Worst customer service and terrible internet, too.
