Once I was able to talk to a real person, everything went smoothly
Internet went out. CenturyLink scheduled someone to come out. The tech said it was a pole problem. That was a couple weeks ago. They keep sending text messages saying they are coming out but the day passes and I get another message saying they will be out the next day. I finally chatted with someone who is sending a tech out. lol. I feel like I’m in a toxic relationship with CenturyLink. I went to cancel and it says I will be charged 200.00.
Worst customer service and terrible internet, too.
the quality is so poor and everytime is a problem rhe take forever to fix it is most non reliable service i evee had plus their speed sucks
Terrible company starts at the top. Poorly led. Poorly managed. Poor service. They subcontract out fiber runs in neighborhoods who don't even want them and then forget about them for months. When you ask them why nothing has been completed, they claim Allo tore up the yard and they are the ones causing damage. The next day, the subcontractor comes out and apologizes, but the person who came to your house blaming Allo refuses to apologize for being rude. There are better companies to get your internet from.
