Terrible company starts at the top. Poorly led. Poorly managed. Poor service. They subcontract out fiber runs in neighborhoods who don't even want them and then forget about them for months. When you ask them why nothing has been completed, they claim Allo tore up the yard and they are the ones causing damage. The next day, the subcontractor comes out and apologizes, but the person who came to your house blaming Allo refuses to apologize for being rude. There are better companies to get your internet from.

This place is a joke! Call January 20 2025 for Internet service. Made me wait 3 weeks to get it. Tech comes and I told him I've been waiting 3 weeks on him and he says he's been looking for work for 2 weeks couldn't understand why I had to wait so long for service. Come to find out lines dead to my house. So they have to trench a new line to my house and it could take 2 months....it does. very very bad experience avoid these scammers if you don't want problems
I realize this type of company does not typically get good reviews, but I switched to Centurylink fiber four years ago because Cox was getting crazy expensive and I didn’t want video service anymore. I have only had two issues since I started and neither was their fault.
