This company's incompetence in customer service is appalling. Despite being a customer with Level 2 Security service for years, they abandoned me when I needed help the most. Their lack of support and disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. I strongly advise against doing business with this company as they have proven to be unreliable and unprofessional in their approach to customer care.
Had them for five years. The one time I needed the alarm to work, it malfunctioned. BE AWARE!! Thousands of dollars in damage and they offered 90 days service for free to “make up for it”. Such a joke!!!
