Great classes & great instructors. High energy and a lot of fun for all levels.
This place is AWESOME! I hate to exercise, but Kerry's classes are very motivating and cycling is at your own pace. I had never done this before and was totally out of shape, but the cycling classes were easy for me to get the hang of and easy on my knees! and I love the music... I just can't say enough about this place and the people that attend the classes there, I highly recommend that everyone give cycling a try!
For my first time at a cycling class, I have to say I was impressed. This place was fun, exciting, and invigorating. I got my workout in for the week that day! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the class was as well. Highly recommended!
