Made an appointment last Thursday to take my Toyota Avalon in for a transmission issue. They scheduled me for the following Wednesday at 8:00am. I was told to call back Tuesday morning of which I did @ 9am to see if a loaner car was available. I was told a car is available! They called me back at 3pm that same day to tell me they confused me with another person and they also do not give out loaner cars for electrical issues.
