Based on my personal experience and opinions, Level 10 is sloppy, lazy, and conducts business in unprofessional haste. NOT recommended. As a lawyer, I can affirm that the transfer and acquisition of real property is a serious business with innumerable legal implications, liabilities, and consequences when paperwork is done wrong. And, buying a home should be a happy experience, not an anxious transaction. Level 10's method of business generates an uneasy emotional roller coaster.
