Built two townhouses with Level 10 recently. They have to be one one of the most customer focussed and conscientious Builders out there. There were issues with external trades. Don't tihink any build is possible without this these days. But the promptness efficiency and amazing turnaround for getting everything done is truly impressive. My family and I purchased a townhouse that Level 10 built a few years ago. I just want to thank the team for their commitment in always going above and beyond. I’ve had interactions with Natasha in the Service department a few times and she’s always been very friendly and extremely helpful - which seems to be rare in this day and age. Every interaction has been positive experience.
We had a townhouse built by Level 10 and although there have been some issues (more so by third party contractors) the customer service and post build follow up has been incredible. James has been fantastic in following up promptly and just lovely to deal with And Natasha has been an absolute joy to deal with in every way Thanks guys :)
