This salon lacks in all fields: quality, accountability (if you don't know what you're doing do not agree to start on a cut/color!) Please do not waste your time coming here! This salon needs a better manager if the salon can't get their shit together! ♀️
I'm writing this review because I'm very disappointed with the service I received with Dani. I paid $380 in total ($350 plus an extra $40 she charged me for toner). All I wanted was a simple chocolate brown color -- a medium mocha brown. Before the appointment, I even asked if she could work with extensions, since I had just bought a new set that cost me $600-$700. I got my hair done by Malorie, and she did a great job of what I asked for. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done. I personally asked for a pixie and can say she delivered everything I wanted in a cut. I typically never leave a review but for this particular hair cut I had to because I was hesitant at first to get it done but talking with her about what I wanted and her reassuring me that she would be able to do it and also giving me ideas to help me really pick out what I wanted helped so much. I had a toner, wash, and blow dry done, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Malorie was incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to all my concerns. She made sure I was comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looked amazing afterward! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results.
Came Level 10 Salon to do my hair with Malorie, we were her last client of the day. The Salon is clean and up-kept. Not a toxic environment like other Salons might be. Malorie did an amazing job on my mom who has afro like hair who had surgery on her head so we don’t trust just anyone to do her hair. Malorie was professional, patient and friendly.
