Awful communication. Does not have an office. Doesn’t return calls until several attempts. In the long run over charges were all corrected. The unit had a substantial amount of construction dust. No trash cans in sight. Looks like most units are vacant. Large space robbing structural poles inside many units.
I have been looking for a climate controlled storage unit for quite some time, due to the fact the size I wanted is not readily available. Online renting was easy with very reasonable pricing. The place looks clean but my unit floor was filthy. Jeff is very pleasant and helpful, so that is always a huge plus. I would highly recommend!
