They said there was no service record for the van in 2022. I called the company I bought it from, and they sent the service invoice. Now they don't accept the VAT registered invoice. I started calling for service on May 8th, but I only got through on May 22nd. They gave me an appointment for a week later. They said I was 1400 miles late. You take your cab for servicing and it comes back with another faulty problem that was never there in the first place. Then they try make you pay £150 just for looking at it and £250 excess for your extended warranty. Dealing with E1 from now on, Would not recommend these gangsters.
They are basically scum they done a repair on my taxi which changes the date set for your service, I was told I would be contacted for my service they never did then when the message appeared for a service it was over the date so now it voids my warranty. They a lying money grabbing vultures do not purchase anything from them.
