Check your "Gold" years ago my grandfather bought a heavy (supposed to be solid) cuban link (18 stamped)bracelet and his (supposed to be solid) wedding ring (14 stamped.) Finally got around to getting them tested because they just didn't look right. Surprise surprise even though he paid big money for these items they are both only thinly plated. So glad he's not around to know this since he also bought my grandmother's wedding ring and jewelry here. Disgusting. Simply disgusting. Check your jewelry independently.
I wish I could remember the woman's name that took care of my ring. When I say she went above and beyond. She went above and beyond. She kept in touch with me while my ring was getting fixed. Levas Jewelry's honesty, transparency and integrity is comforting in an age where customer service is hard to come by. They will go out of their way to make things right for you.

Don't go here. They have no clue what they're doing and they will rob you senseless if you don't watch it. The jeweler they have working here (owner maybe?) is in his nineties, blind, played really dumb, and probably senile. His behavior was so stupid and so blatantly disrespectful it was hard to fathom. He couldn't see well enough to even get around so I really don't think he could see to give even a roughly accurate appraisal.
