I wish I could remember the woman's name that took care of my ring. When I say she went above and beyond. She went above and beyond. She kept in touch with me while my ring was getting fixed. My family and I have been customers of Matt's for the last several decades. We love coming here because he and staff are so friendly and accommodating and always offer the best prices. Levas Jewelry's honesty, transparency and integrity is comforting in an age where customer service is hard to come by. They will go out of their way to make things right for you.

Don't go here. They have no clue what they're doing and they will rob you senseless if you don't watch it. The jeweler they have working here (owner maybe?) is in his nineties, blind, played really dumb, and probably senile. His behavior was so stupid and so blatantly disrespectful it was hard to fathom. He couldn't see well enough to even get around so I really don't think he could see to give even a roughly accurate appraisal.
