Horrible experience. I didn't get the lady's name but she was incredibly nasty towards me the whole time. As if I did something wrong, I made sure I didn't say or ask for anything and tried to be grateful for the massage. Even after it all, I gave a $20 tip. My reward: a waving gesture to "hurry up and get out". I'll NEVER return here and plan to share my experience as a warning to others. 0-stars
