Stay away from this place !!!! Horrible experience with this company and contractor ! they are hand in hand to fraud the other customers. I ordered a black marble and contractor said he was delivered like this !!! A lot of defects who was hidden by seller & contractor !! Shame on you Levantina !!!
Their product offerings are outstanding. The first time I bought from them they recommended a fabricator and they did a great job. The second bigger project was the issue. They highly recommended a fabricator for Porcelain countertops. So much so that they texted us three times on how great the fabricator was and told us that this fabricator had worked on the Trump Tower. Had a terrible experience today at this warehouse. Avoid if possible. Erica at reception was really rude and unprofessional. On Google the business hours say they close at 5pm. Erica insisted that that was the time "she goes home" and that they close at 4pm for customers. I left work early and drove an hour and a half in traffic from downtown Chicago to see the warehouse so it was very disappointing in conjunction with her bored, irritated attitude she had from the moment I entered.
