Fantastic tax service.
Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and helpfulness here. We went here when we moved to Bellefontaine and finally stopped going in the 2022 tax year because she filed my son's return with an incorrect name spelling. I explained that his name was spelled incorrectly when I got home and noticed it and she assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and kinda gave me a snarky response as if I was being dramatic about a simple name misspelling when in fact it ended up being a huge deal come next tax season for 2023 which than... read more
