I used Concept back in 2015 and they did a good job. I came back because of the service I received however something changed between 2015 and 2019, it seems they were not willing to meet USAA over 4 dollars an our on their shop rate and expected the difference to come out of my pocket. Bottom line if your a USAA Customer you might want to look elsewhere in Ft Morgan.
