Definitely the strangest and worst shopping experience I've ever had. To start things off on this adventure, I was chatted with a rep on the Leva Sleep website inquiring about the mattress cooling system that they have advertised. The rep said that the "showroom" in Kanata would have it on display and would be available to try there to see. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Leva Sleep has been frustrating enough to warrant one. I was charged TWICE on my credit account for the same order, and despite reaching out multiple times via email, I never received a single response. This made my credit score go down. The lack of communication is honestly shocking. I had to call repeatedly just to get someone on the line, and only then was the duplicate charge finally reversed.
