I recently purchased a bed from Leva in Calgary and, after finding the mattress not to my satisfaction, I took advantage of the 60 day exchange. After speaking with a few sales people by phone I ended up talking with Anthony Fernandez out of London Ont. I found Mr Fernandez to be very personable and anxious to help with the exchange process. I ordered Elite 250 with firm mattress for my elderly in-laws. I took the extended warranty for 10 years just to be stresss free. Had an amazing experience with Rohit. He explained everything in detail and addressed all concerns. The delivery and installation was smooth and fast. The bed works amazing. It reclines almost 90 degrees. An amazing product.
Sales staff were very accommodating and good selection of bases and mattresses...
It was kind of good.
