Very nicely decorated and equipped house, in a good location. But….the on-line check in process was really and unnecessarily painful. None of the promised emails providing a check-in form were received (despite the host previously asking for my phone and email to message me if necessary, and my repeatedly messaging for the check in details … without a response). Just got here and this place is absolutely gorgeous! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Upon entrance the room was dirty, smells really bad I nearly threw up and I don’t even want to stay, what’s even more crap is there’s no staff to speak with upon check in and they ask for a $300 deposit with no staff to communicate with?!?!?! VERY DISAPPOINTING AS WE BOOKED TWO NIGHTS IN THIS HELL HOLE!!!! We should have continued our stay with Carrington Hotel as per usual…. Don’t bother coming here! Save yourself the disappointment!
Best weekend just spent in the treetops apartment and I want come back again. It was like a home away from home. It was a gorgeous rainy weekend so we relaxed making use of the spa tub, boardgames and fully stocked kitchen. Has all heating and comforts you could ever need. Robyn was welcoming and had excellent communication but left us to enjoy our privacy. Thank you!
