Leupold is my go to optics company. They have the best customer service and warranty in the business. I sent them a 25-year-old rifle scope. They repaired it, replaced 27 parts and shipped it back to me free of charge. When we first got to Germany, I needed a pair of binoculars for 3D Archery. Spent over $500 on a golf rangefinder and had a minor display problem. Sent it in (I believe 3 years old) and deemed unrepairable. How is a minor display problem not repairable? I’ve used this rangefinder maybe 12 times. So now the best they can do is offer a percentage off of a new one, which the new one will probably crap out after a few uses anyway. Very unhappy with product.
Freaking Leupold. I had a mk4 damaged on the eye piece and sent it in. With in a couple weeks it was back to me today. Everything was taken apart and inspected, and replaced with new lenses. All these for no charge. Excellent service and great work. Love you guys

Battery cap on my rangefinder fell off don’t know how user error probably didn’t get tighten all the way after replacing battery. Called and told them what happen and need one ASAP no questions asked and sending one my way ASAP! Great service!
Not only are the Leupold optics second to none but there customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. It is worth paying good money if the company stands by their products and customers.
